About
I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Fatima Mata National College (Autonomous), Kollam, specializing in International Relations. My academic focus includes India’s foreign policy, soft power, and emerging trends in global politics, with particular attention to power transitions in a multipolar and multiplex world order. As part of the teaching–learning process, I handle undergraduate courses in Political Science and International Relations, adopting learner-centric pedagogical practices such as interactive lectures, case study analysis, group discussions, and current affairs–based learning. I emphasize outcome-based education by encouraging students to develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and a conceptual understanding of contemporary international issues. I integrate interdisciplinary and global perspectives into the curriculum, with special focus on Asian political dynamics, cultural diplomacy, and India’s role in global governance.
